If your budget allows we can provide 3D visual renderings which help our clients see easily what is proposed.
The  preliminary overall budget is very important so we all feel comfortable and know what can be delivered within these parameters.
We can provide a finish and material mood-board so the client can touch the textures and see the proposed materials to be used for final approval.
If the project commands we can provide a final document outlining the entire design it really depends on what is needed which will dictate the level of detail and expense required.
